Crab & Bimi® broccoli TagIiatelle with Lemon & Basil
A light pasta recipe that is ideal for a weekday lunch or supper. Not too tricky to make but impressive to serve.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the pack instructions. The drain.
While the tagliatelle is cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cut the Bimi® broccoli into small pieces, about 1-2cm long. Add to the frying pan, along with the garlic, and fry until the Bimi® broccoli starts to become tender, and colours slightly on the tips.
Increase the heat and add the tomatoes to the pan. Fry for just 1-2 minutes then add the crab meat, lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss gently until the crab is heated through. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper then mix into the tagliatelle with the basil. Serve straight away.
