2 How to participate

2.2 All entries must include your name and email address.
2.3 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
2.4 You may only submit one entry to this promotion. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
3 Start date
3.1 This promotion will start at 08:00am (CET) on 4th February 2026.
4 Closing date
4.1 The closing date for this promotion will be 18th February 2026 at 23.59pm (CET). Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
5 Selection of the winner
5.1 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6 Prize
6.1 The prize is as follows: 1x Big Green Egg BBQ (large model) with a value of € 2,400.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. Any costs or charges incurred as a result of customs, import duties, or local taxes shall be the responsibility of the winner.
6.3 The promoter may substitute a cash alternative for the prize if the winner resides outside of Europe, in which case the promoter reserves the right to source an equivalent or comparable prize of similar value that is available in the winner's country of residence. The promoter's decision in this regard shall be final.
7 Restrictions and requirements
7.1 The promotion is open to persons aged 18 or over who are residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
7.2 Employees of the promoter or Sakata Seed Ibérica, any associated agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded.
7.3 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
8 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
8.1 The promoter will notify the winner by email on or before 20 March 2026. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 14 days to respond to their notification).
8.2 The winner will receive their prize on or before 31 December 2026.
9 Publicity and personal information
9.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 9.2 below. 9.2 The surname and county of the winner will be published at https://www.linkedin.com/compa... for in perpetuity after the closing date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email amecke@twentydegrees.com prior to the closing date of the promotion. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
10 General
10.1 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
10.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by LinkedIn. By entering the competition, you release LinkedIn from any responsibility in respect of your entry.
10.3 The promoted does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, corrupted or otherwise fail to be considered, regardless of cause, including, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure or issues with the LinkedIn platform of any kind. Proof of uploading will not be considered proof of entry.
10.4 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
