Pasta Bimi®al Limone
A fresh, super-simple dish using only 4 ingridients.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Add Bimi® broccoli to a pan with a little oil (either olive oil or oil fromthe dried tomatoes) for 2 minutes.
Cut sundried tomatoes into small pieces, optionally chop the garlic finely and fry with it. Season with salt and pepper. Let sizzle for another 8 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and the lemon zest to the pan and bring to a boil together with 8 tbsp pasta water.
Add the cooked spaghetti and, if you like top with fresh Parmesan, feta or mozzarella. Ready!
